Jacque is a native Baltimorean and has been a member of St. Matthias/Church of the Messiah for 8 years. She has held various positions at the church including Sunday School teacher, acolyte, Vestry Registrar, lay Episcopal minister, and is a current member of the Altar Guild. She lives in Hamilton with her husband.
Jacque’s educational background includes advanced degrees in English literature and psychology and a doctorate in public administration. She is a retired university professor and currently is the director of Feeding the Flock Baltimore, a food pantry housed within the church.
